CASOS Summer Institute 2010 - Where to stay:

• Dormitory:
  *Dorm Rooms for the 2010 Summer Institute are now available.

  For students dormitory rooms will be available in Henderson House. All other attendees will need to book a room in a local hotel. Wyndham Garden, Shadyside Inn, and the Holiday Inn University Center are the hotels closest to CMU.
  
  *Dorm Rooms are not Co-ed.
  
  CMU Dormitory Room Rates:
  

  • Single Rooms are $65.00/night
  • Double Rooms are $37.00/night - The room will be shared with another Summer Institute Attendee

  
  Note: There are only 15 rooms availible will be reserved on a first come first served basis.

  All dormitory reservation requests should be submitted to confserv@andrew.cmu.edu and include the following information:

  Arrival Date
  Departure Date
  Payment Method
  
  Please reference the 2010 CASOS Summer Institute when you make your reservations. When the information is received, the attendee will be contacted within 72 hours to confirm all information is correct and obtain credit card information.

  Each participant will be able to pay online using his/her credit card.
  You should also indicate if you will need parking.
