Research:
Geoffrey is interested in developing agent-based and network-centric models of organizations and predicting organizational response to stress. Recent topics of interest include formal and informal ties in organizations, belief formation in decision-makers, organizational resilience, multi-level modeling, and multi-modeling alignment.
